Terms of Services

1. Agreement Overview

By accessing, registering an account on, or purchasing services from HostKro Technologies LLP (operating under the brand name “HostKro”, “Company”, “we”, “us”), you (“Client”, “Customer”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Services and all incorporated policies (including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Unlimited Hosting Policy).

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete contact and billing information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords. All activities performed under your authenticated account are your legal responsibility.

3. Payments, Billing & Invoices

• Billing Cycle: Services are billed in advance according to the cycle selected (Monthly, Annually, Triennially).
• Automatic Invoicing: Renewal invoices are generated 14 days prior to service expiration.
• Late Payments & Suspensions: If an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, services may be automatically suspended after a 5-day grace period. Accounts overdue by more than 30 days are subject to permanent termination and data removal.

4. 99.9% Network Uptime SLA

HostKro commits to providing a 99.9% network and server uptime availability across our infrastructure. Planned scheduled maintenance notified in advance, third-party upstream carrier cuts, and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) events exceeding standard mitigation capacities are excluded from SLA downtime calculation.

5. Data Backup Policy

While HostKro performs automated regular server backups for disaster recovery purposes, customers are strongly encouraged to maintain independent off-site backups of their critical website files, databases, and emails using the 1-click backup tools available in cPanel.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

Services must not be used to violate any applicable laws or regulations. The hosting of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), phishing websites, unlicensed copyright piracy, malware distribution, or outbound cyberattacks results in immediate permanent termination and referral to law enforcement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HostKro, its officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of business profits or data interruption) arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to HostKro in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
