But in any case, if you don’t like the service you can ask for a refund we have a transparent refund policy that you can check below.
If paying via UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, or PayPal, the account will be set up immediately once the payment is confirmed. If paying by cheque, please allow five days for the check to clear.
The 15-day money-back guarantee is only applicable to first-time users only. The second time and subsequent subscriptions are not eligible for the same. For example, on the off chance that you’ve had a record with us previously, dropped, and joined once more, you won’t meet all requirements for a refund or if you have opened a second record with us.
If you have claimed a free domain name on shared hosting, WordPress hosting or cPanel Hosting then domain registration will be deducted from your full payment at the time of cancellation.
- The Refund Policy does not apply to domain registrations.
- Refund will not provided on service cancellation after 15 days of service purchase.
- Refund will not provided if service is suspended due to policy violations.
Once we initiate the refund it will take up to 7 working days to reflect in your source account.
